It's weird you have to ask. You're a virgin who wants to lose his virginity - normal. You are often horny - normal.
If you mean literally horny all the time i.e. horny every waking (and sleeping) second of the day, then that is a strangely high sex drive. But if by 'all the time' you actually mean a few times a day, that's perfectly normal.
At 22 it would be abnormal not to be horny all the time. Get yourself a girlfriend.
