If you can't be nice the rest of the year..don't bother on Valentine's Day either. What's the point of being nice 1 day a year? If you love someone and appreciate their worth, show them every day. Show them that you appreciate their being. Don't try to make up for your bullcrap all year long by buying them some cheesy musical "I love you" gifts and a box of chocolate once a year.

I made my own valentines card for someone this valentines day. This way, shops will not profit from me, and the person who recieved the card feels happier because a hand made card is more personal. It's win-win, really :)
