2010 is making me sick!!

Since the beginning of 2010, I have been sick with a cold THREE seperate times. No they are not allergies, and I am not exaggerating. I am dead serious. Three colds and the flu, and it's only April 2010!!! WTF?? Can this even be remotely normal? Since the year began, I've been sick more than I've been healthy!! My colds last 2-5 weeks on average. The real kicker is I live a healthy, active lifestyle... and I'm only in my 20s. I don't get it!!! :(

    Same thing happened to me last year! I was sick until May! Then it all went well! Take your vitamins and minerals!!!

    It's been a bad year for flus and such. I've had the flu twice and a cold since the new year. But also under more stress than normal. How's your stress? My absolutely non-medical advice? Take some "me" time. Get well!

      Wow that sucks! Yeah my stress level has been high, but that's nothing new for me! lol Anyway I'll try to get some rest, when I'm not at work. Unfortunately we don't get ANY paid sick time at work. So I can't exactly take time off! Arg.
