Why does my family treat me poorly

This has been happening since the beginning of the year. It's only gotten worse overtime. This is how they treat me:

First, they leave me a pile of dishes (not rinsed and all over the place) for me to do. Additionally, they expect me to clean my room everyday; even if it's clean they still want me to clean it. Those are only a few examples of the chores that I have to deal with. If I don't do it in a specific amount of time, I'll be grounded from my boyfriend.

Second, recently my brother and my neice moved in and if I had food that my parents got, I'll get blamed at because it was for my neice. Now I got to get my own snacks (which isn't a big deal). However, It would be nice if I can have something without getting blamed on.

Finally, I have talked to my parents about it and they always use opposite psychology on me saying "We don't treat you disrespectfully. You have chores to do". The worst parts are
1. I always fall for it
2. They don't acknowledge that I have panic attacks because of this.

Am I just being a winy brat, or is my family really messed up?

    It's normal to be unhappy with family. I can't really decipher whether your family is indeed really messed up, or you are just being whiny, because I haven't been able to observe ya'll.

    Hopefully you will be able to get out on your own soon enough.

    Hi I'm 41 and I know exactly how you feel I had parents(sadly no longer around)do this kind off action to me and there are 4 brother's including me and I was always the 1that got picked on.your not being whiney or anything.I wouldn't worry about it too much either cause if you do it could affect you.I did.till I realised not to let it get to me.but that's me.after I never let it beat me and you shouldn't either.hope this makes sense or at least mean something to you
