Why does my bum hate me today?

I feel really bloated and haven't stopped farting all day :-(.

So far today I've eaten all the foods I normally eat (oats, semi-skimmed sterilised cow's milk, raw cocoa powder mixed with chocolate milkshake powder, 2 small bananas, half a pack of cornsalad, cherry tomatoes, a whole red bell pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, peanuts, black tea, coffee) and my gut is still like 'wtf?' and won't stop producing gas. Not smelly gas. Just lots and lots of it. My bloaty belly is getting uncomfortable.

I've already taken activated charcoal and now I'm farting *slightly* less but my gut still hurts :-(.

What did I do wrong???
