Just passing by , crowded place and this guy that walked past me blew his vape smoke at me. He perfectly timed it so that he would be able to do that. And made eye contact. So strangers are bullying me now? :(
Because he's an inconsiderate dick and you should have confronted him over it. Might also suffer from 'small man syndrome' in which case a confrontation 'could' escalate but probably wouldn't because these people are cowards. They'll blow the smoke/vapor and then if you don't confront them, feel smug about it, and if you do they'll say it was an accident or something.
Also people who vape are normally insufferable faggots.
He wasn't bullying you. Bullying usually involves intimidating someone who has something you want, and is usually established over a period of time. That, or it's to win credibility in front of other like-minded people - which again is about obtaining something you want. Your guy was, however, being extremely obnoxious. Around the time when the pandemic was at its height, blowing air at someone was considered assault in some circles.
