Always is an inaccurate world. But development of adipose tissue, muscle development and exercise of the gluteals and bone structure all are contributing factors along with of course diet. While we are virtually the same genetically there are of course minor differences that influence some striking physical diversity such as skin pigmentation facial features and body structure and development.You will find larger behinds on average of sub-saharan African women however shape varies tremendously across them as well as 'white girls' which themselves encompass many genetic pools. I have found that women from Germany can be incredibly gifted in this area with a round and perky shape also very big, that I find quite attractive.

It is always up for debate as to 'why' we develop certain features and I am sure you could read theories. This is a question in the realm of human physiology and anthropology, and I wouldn't be surprised if it has its own name. Says who? Fat does not equal fit. There are women in both cultures that have asses of varying sizes. Most 'white women' tend to keep theirs in control with their body type.

If your referring to size and shape,then it comes down to individual.there are plenty of black women with no butt and plenty of white women with large butts.this goes with any race,it depends on the individual's life style,what food they eat,their genes and if they exercise,if its made out of fat or muscle depends on the shape.
