When angry, is it normal for the lower back of your skull to burn?

It's like this intense tingling, burning sensation in your brain that you can physically feel, in the lower back area of your head.

    It is normal, when I get angry it feels like my head will explode.

    anger can have weird physical effects. Muscles tend to tense up. so yes, it is normal enough.

    Keep in mind that anger tends to use a lot of energy.

    For me, I have got so pissed off before that my stomach would hurt.

    I think it's normal. You can recognize that feeling now that you've acknowledged it and respond to each situation better. You can do that with other feelings too.
