You'd at least get lot of people honking at you. I hope your horse (horses) are well trained for traffic and noise.
You might find yourself at the front end of a vehicle going a lot faster than you... and just become giant "splat" - and the same is true of the horses - although they are more likely to cause significant damage to the vehicle.
How the police handle it will depend on the inclinations of the officers who respond and how much of a traffic hazard you created (no response if you are "splat"). They might laugh it off and tell you not to do it again. You could end up in Jail with multiple charges. Any number of possibilities in between.
Probably get shot. A 3mm thick breastplate of copper wont do shit to stop a 9mm.
