What should i do in this situation?

I have a best friend. I've known him for a long time. We like to play various computer games together during our free time from work. During the New Year holidays, a live event took place in the game we are playing. Unfortunately, my friend had to go on a business trip. So I suggested to him that I go through this event from his account, despite the fact that I was ill. He agreed. Unfortunately, I did not complete this event, although I tried, and I told this to my friend. He was very disappointed and spoke out to me. It made me very uncomfortable and sad. How should I behave in this situation? I have not encountered such a situation before and do not know how to behave, although we are grown-up people.

You need to accept full responsibility, and apologize to your friend.

Yes, it's normal to not get paid to do someone else's work, you'll get paid plenty of time on the minicomputer.

I guess it isn't easy to be trained to do someone else's work, you who wants to complete a job that your friend agreed for you to do.

It's perfectly normal to stay home together on a jobless business trip to your house on the New Year, you've got nothing to worry about.
