For me, though I have depression, I usually don't have much trouble cleaning as long as I manage to find a way to make it entertaining. The only thing that I simply cannot find joy in is doing dishes. Part of it is probably the fact that I can't stand the feeling of having super soapy hands, which might be a symptom of my autism, I don't really know.
When I worked at a grocery store and prepared food for the salad bar, they provided these long silicone gloves to do dishes with and they were great. Perhaps that is something you could look into?
With that being said, I was so thrilled to have a dishwasher in my new house! 🤣 I highly recommend them if you're able to get one!
