Lately I've felt empty, and frustrated.
I'm not 59 but alot of people are happier when consistently going to the gym. My personal trainer works with people up to 80 and (carefully) deadlifting, benching, squatting, etc. Gives you dopamine, makes you more confident, stronger, healthier, cognitive, etc. It takes willpower and discipline but with consistentcy and time you'll be more fulfilled
Houseplants, especially in the gesneriad family
Doing what I need to do ; work, domestic duties, farm chores
Doing what I should do ; charity, volunteering, working with my rehab animals, more house work
Doing what I want to do ; usually laying with my lady on the hammock or couch, playing with the kids and dog
Not really much of anything anymore.
fixin broken shit for cheap
Learn something new. Just cause ur old don't mean it's time to stop learning. Maybe go for certificates for IT, or picking 3d printing or farming etc.
Taking care of my kitties.
