They seem nice and all, but they have one of the worst governments in the world and yet they all love their government and would make every excuse for its actions. They're worried that to do otherwise would make them unpatriotic or something. They're a bunch of pathetic idiot sheeple tbh.

I had a Chinese boyfriend once, he was a literal psychopath. Not kidding, an actual psychopath and crack addict. His dad was not as bad as him but was pretty bad, he made threats constantly (like threatening to put their dog down for no reason) and thought his son should 0nly date someone exactly like Kristy Yamaguchi. There was a lot of mystery around what happened to his mom, she "disappeared". It was unsettling.

Yeah, it was weird how they talked about her. Like, a seething hatred came through. I don't even know how they got to remain in the US, they all came here to go to Disney World and just stayed.

It turns out his dad was not pretty good either, I think it's cruel to want to eat a dog that is suffering in old age or illness, or because it poses a threat to humans or other animals.

I believe they are pretty good immigrants. I cant recall a time even hearing of a Chinese person doing some crazy criminal thing altho im sure its happened its rare. They usually just keep to themselves and are nice people. They're a lot like Indian immigrants in that regard.

For the most part I'm fine with the Chinese, but I'm not fond of Communists, slave labor, putting enthic minorities who happen to Muslims in internment/concentration camps, bogus claims about the use of rhinoceros horns and I especially despise anyone who thinks it okay to eat dogs, or cats.

I have nothing against most Chinese people, but know what I don't like.

I think it's admirable that you care so much about animals (and I do as well) but I thusly find it entirely perplexing that your primary argument for voting for Trump in spite of repealing various trans protections was that you prioritized animal rights over trans rights, specifically mentioning elephants and rhinos, all while trump _notoriously_ approved a permit to import endangered rhino parts, attempted to quietly legalize importing elephant tusks and other parts, and severely undermined the Endangered Species Act. If you're all about the elephants and rhinos I'm really seeking clarity on how Trump wasn't the absolute last guy to root for in 2020. Seeking understanding here.

Yeah they trophy hunt for all sorts of things and it's rather well-known that Trump notoriously undermined the Endangered Species Act and did heaps of things to encourage poaching. Rose and I were discussing the fact that she lost a trans friend due to voting for Trump and she said she didn't feel bad about it because trans rights weren't particularly important to her, especially given far more important things (in her option, it's subjective of course) like protecting elephants and rhinos.

Now I'm just really seeking clarification as to how that adds up to if this her primary issue, given that Trump basically ran a crusade on elephants.

Surely it can't have been hypocrisy or a lie on her part. I don't think that. So I'm assuming she was simply unaware in which case she would now surely be disgusted by him and denounce him, as the guy who ran a crusade on her very purported primary cause. I know I would be pissed if a president/candidate fooled me so badly. I would want to know.

The CCP is an evil entity that props up an equally disgusting regime in North Korea. I feel bad for the people on whole. Many, I believe, have no idea how much they're being oppressed and brainwashed.

I know some pretty cool Chinese people. I have to admit though that their cultural penchant for discretion and subtlety makes me feel a little awkward sometimes. I'm a loud, unsubtle sort of person by nature. I don't feel comfortable if my noise and clumsiness are taking up most of the room/conversation.

I hate their goverment. If the person loved the CCP then I guess I hate them too. Though i do wonder how much of the admiration is from brainwashing.

I have known one person who loved their government but was very interested in Western criticism of it. It beats me how she managed to write all the things she did on Facebook when she worked for a government-sponsored company with government propaganda all over its corridors. There were certain things she was very unhappy about but she still wanted to believe that her government meant well. It was like watching that character from the Truman show. Except, as someone with only a passing interest in China within an unhealthy obsession with the news in general, what do I really know? I'd have to have spent more than 2 weeks in Beijing, and in more parts of China than just one city, to understand what China is really like - and it would help if I did not look quite so European.

The fact that the Ccp still does slavery is a disturbing thing for a modern goverment to do. Especially when it's the largest in the world.
