What is the red & dark blue flag with star and outline in the middle

My town replaced the black lives matter flag with a new flag but the wind isn't blowing so I can't tell what it is. The other flags representing our town, besides the American flag, are the gay flag and the ukraine flag. Any left wing person here know what this latest flag is for? I can't find it online.
