What is happening with me? help

I got my period two weeks earlier than normal, and it came really strong. Than my nose started to bleed out of nothing.
It bled a lot, and it started to come a bit out of my mouth. I felt my head weird for some seconds, then in a few minutes I was just with my nose bleeding.
On the next day I was normal again (but my period is still on)

    Do you have high blood pressure? I have high blood pressure, and I get nosebleeds.

    Please discuss with your Dr or at least a good nurse.

    There are several things that could be behind the nose bleed and even the early period. To my knowledge most of them can be resolved by simple diet/nutrition changes and don't require drugs.
