It depends who it is and what it is, but generally speaking I don't like it either.

When I lived for a while in a traditional Aboriginal community it did take me a while to accept that in their communal world view anything lying around and not being used can be used by anyone who needs it. I was very annoyed on one occasion when the community 4WD had a flat tyre way out in the desert and the jack was missing, so I put up a notice at the store asking for its return and next day there were 5 or 6 jacks at my place!

Depends on what they borrow but I like to have my things back after you use them doesn't matter if its a pen or a pencil or whatever

I am totally against someone going through my phone be it anyone my friends, best friend I HATE IT

So whenever someones tries to jokingly snatch away my phone I lose my shit and turn into hulk and seriously let them know I dont like it at all
I never touch other's belonging with their permission specially if its a phone or something personal and I wish people would do the same

Depends what they want to use... If it's to borrow a tool, or a pencil, or whatever else like that, I don't mind. As long as they return it when they are done. Had a guy borrow a multimeter from me, got the thing back after 2 months!

Tho the quickest way to make me hate you is to ask if you can drive, or borrow my car. No you can't! I don't even let my girlfriend drive my cars, why the fuck would I let you?! Buy your own damn Mercedes' and drive 'em as much as you want. Mine are mine and are off limits!
