Is he really running for office against Trump? My eyes aren’t playing tricks on me, I can read Kanye’s West name on this absentee ballot?? Are you going to vote for him??
In Wisconsin his entire petition campange was run by the Republicans - and then they got to the Secretary of States office to file after it closed (and while they reopened the office to accept his petition; it was past the deadline and thus not included on the ballot.
Gee... you think if they were serious that they would have been there hours early, or even days early.
I thought he had to drop out for a technicality?
But anyway, it kind of sets a scary precedent, in high school it's usually the most popular who gets elected class president, so if celebrities start campaigning, and the younger demographic outweighs the older, at some point we'd be likely to get someone like him as president, someone I would think would not be very well suited for the job

Nope. Voting trump. But hey every idiot voting for kanye is one less idiot voting for biden. Trump gains an advantage for every idiot voter going for 3rd party.
So does the other guy. Why would I switch votes for someone who lies about the same amount and cant stand up for himself, and has to read from a teleprompter for basic speech?
Biden is a fundementally weak leader. Trump; love him or hate him, is a stronger leader than biden by a longshot.
Weak leaders are worse than strong leaders.
Underneath all of the gaslighting and distractions and spinning what aboutisms, the truth of the matter is that this administrations reaction to this pandemic is one of the greatest failures of in the history of the United States.
The simple fact is that Trump had every advantage humanly possible as this virus was heading to the shores of the United States.
Pandemics are nothing new to the US. And yet pandemic playbook which was left by the previous administration which had proven to be successful with 2 pandemics, a pandemic response team and years to build up the supply to build up PPE was all ignored.
Why? Because Trump was more concerned with downplaying the virus to protect his stock market. This wasn't about the people.
He closed down the fucking borders and the media (and biden) called him xenophobic and racist.
The projections were in the millions so only losing a few hundred thousand is optimal considering we are a sprawling large nation that values individual freedoms (so no welding doors shut like communist china) slowing the spread it will only take 14 days. Still slowing the spread and the numbers while spiking in the second wave can be attributed to people not giving a fuck anymore because it's been months of constant shutdowns and peoples businesses being closed down for months!
Coronavirus is also way more contagious than swine flu. Add on to the fact that only 6% of the total covid deaths are purely due to covid and the average age of that group is 76. Fauci also was only spouting off information we knew at the time. China didnt help by not saying that It could be passed by contact for 6 fucking days.
He literally admitted to downplaying it my friend. I don't think he's to be excused for what is undoubtedly the one of the biggest fuck ups of the USA.
Other countries are doing way better even though they had reports around the same time. This is a problem that is entirely at fault with the current administration, no matter how you spin it.
Trump isn't a leader. He's a CEO.
On a side note, the dude literally claims he's immune and walks out and about while he's still passing on the virus. Spreads worldwide lies about a pandemic, to save his own ego?

I didn't see him on any of the 15 ballots I turned in. I have some dead relatives and pets and they weren't going to use them anyway. So I filled them out like I thought they would have wanted to.
He's on there to nick black voters. It would have worked a hell of a lot better if he'd actually put together a half decent, planned campaign and people didn't know he was heavily pro Trump (which will put a lot of black voters off him).
I don't think he was on the ballot in my state. if he was i don't remember seeing his name and most certainly did not vote for him.
