One July late afternoon just about dark I had gone out to put garage in trash can in backyard just inside our privacy gate. The next day was Saturday and around noon I was in backyard and their blinds were shut and all the way down. All I could see was from her belly button down until she would lean forward and I'd see her breasts. This happened just about every evening the rest of the summer. There's no reason for you to feel obliged to close your blinds. If people want to put their private lives on display to the public, that's their choice. Anyone with any sense should know that if they can see someone else's window from theirs, then the other people can see into their place as well.

Actively keeping an eye out for a flash of exposed genitals is a little juvenile, and it's a pretty damn tame thrill, but it's harmless.
