To have an extreme fear of social situations?

I fell anxious when interacting with a cashier, walking though a room where there is people that I don't know, and in partys a lot.
I basically will only go to a party if I know that there is going to be someone I know really well, and I start to panic of there is too many people.
But one of the worst things is when the attention of many people is directed to me, my heart beats way faster, My breath wheeze, and I fell like I am going to pass out. It is a really common felling, but also a really terrible one.

Just fell like there is something wrong with me, but I am not sure if a bunch of people fell the same too, so IIN?

It sounds like social anxiety. I used to be the exact same way, to the point I would sometimes struggle to hold a basic conversation with a stranger without my nerves getting the best of me.

It has gotten a lot better and pretty much gone away since I have been forced to come put of my shell more. Try taking very small steps and I promise with time it will get easier. It could be something as small as making basic small talk with a cashier the next time your'e shopping, like just saying "how is your day going?" and going from there.

You'll also start to notice as you go out and talk to people more, most people don't pay as much mind to you as you think they do. Most strangers you meet will most likely forget about their interaction with you five minutes later.

I know it's not that easy to just stop feeling self concsious or anxious, but just going outside of your comfort zone from time to time will help you a lot in the long run.

I wish you the best of luck on this.

I think I read somewhere that high blood pressure medication can help with stage fright.

Yes. I get upset for I leave the house for just about anything. My stomach turns and I have the water shits. When I get out and talk to people sometimes I’ll turn red and get all sweaty. Sometimes Bc I say something weird or being so hot and nervous leads me to say something weird.

Ive experienced this. Its like a panic attack that randomly comes for me. I can never know when it is gonna happen. Most days im fine but its usually something unexpected happens and im in a new environment and I get that stiff feeling in my body. For example if someone were to throw me a surprise party when i got home that would freak me out.

If you have to use the word extreme, it's a safe bet that it isn't normal.

Short of the same. I don't get anxious though, I get angry.

Same, I get pissy if there's too many people around me. My sisters friends think I'm a dick.

That was a very weak, and obvious attempt at trolling.
