The millenials are the hardest workers at my job

The Boomers and Gen X people refuse to listen to their Millennial supervisors which results in sloppy work performance and the Gen z people will show up for a month and then leave without warning. The Millenials always opt for overtime and listen to their bosses. Is it normal? Why is this?

Because Boomers and Gen X look-down on everyone younger than them, and we Zoomers have shit attention-spans that lead us to switch jobs often because we get bored fast. Millennials entered the job market during the 2008 financial crisis, which has made that generation more willing to cling onto their jobs, striving to keep it.

So you fall in to Gen X. Anyways 53 is old. I'm a millennial born in 1995 and I feel old sometimes.
