Should i get a motorized pedal exerciser?

I am 63, had a hip replacement and ankle fusion 3 years ago, and exercised every day since, but my leg muscles have become tight and spasms occur. Dr. prescribed me some muscle relaxers, but the tension and tightness remain. I am thinking about a motorized pedaller to keep me consistent in pedaling. or should I get just a pedaller? what would you get?

Most muscle tightness and spasms is caused by a lack of potassium and magnesium.

A change in foods or some supplements may solve your problems. I suggest you give it a try.

When it comes to your physical health and comfort, very few things could be considered a bad investment. If you think getting a pedaller would benefit you more than what the doctor has prescribed, then by all means do what's best for you
