You know, like how cigarettes come with pictures of black lungs? Do you think it would be a good idea to do something similar with alcohol? Like mandating that a picture of an alcoholic's liver, and a drunk-driving victim has to be shown on every bottle of alcohol?

Plus you are comparing the act of drinking to alcoholism. Smoking is 100% bad for you. Alcohol isnt in moderation. You cant moderately smoke and be healthy.

Many smokers can buy a new packed of Cigarettes' but the pictures do not Teach anything. They will Just ignore that Smoking or too much drinking kills.
That probably wouldn't stop anyone. If people want to do something, they're not going to care about anything or anyone and just do it.
I think that's a great idea. The risks of developing alcoholism are serious and really common. Some people just hide it well.

Alcohol isnt inherently dangerous to consume. It's the self moderation that's the problem. Smoking is always bad for you, one cigarette or packs a day.
Also has something to do with alcohol consumption being older than human civilization.
Driving after drinking is dangerous. Driving after smoking a cigarette is not dangerous. When drunk your defenses are down, therefore, if you're violent or a rapist you would be more quickly inclined to do your stupid shit, which is dangerous. Cigarettes don't mess with your defenses
Someone on discord sent me a picturr of a pack of cigarettes from Australia. Literally the whole pack is covered in warnings and he says everyone there smokes.
