Shit in pants every morning lifting weights

Regulars know the smell is from me, I drink fiber smoothy + coffee in the morning otherwise I get constipated, can't change my routine, wear dark shorts with a polyester net lining, usually happens with squats sometimes dead lifts

    You've got to own it, dude. Start taking roids, and then when you shit yourself, get really hyped up, and start shouting out stuff like "YE I SHAT MY PANTS, YOU GOT A PROBLEM FAGGOTS!?"     And you OP are a dumbass. That is extremely gross and unsanatairy to do anywhere, let alone at a local gym! Talk to your doctor you have serious bowel issues if this is true! I squat 575+ and deadlifted 635+ and I have NEVER shat myself while doing them. I have heard a few stories of it happening to people in isolated events but if this happens every day and is unavoidable than you need to see a doctor ASAP!!!

    I’d advise you to eat oat or porridge in the morning, you can mix it whatever gives you proteins and even get it without gluten. Oat is very good for your digestive system and it could be that yours just had enough, because that is really not normal

    But the big question is, who voted for it being normal haha it’s at 10%
