Sensible eating

Something you don't know, you should buy a lite salad dressing, have guilt-free fries, but not "lite" sour cream, "lite" cream, sweeteners or things with sweetener in them, or the label "fat free", 97% fat-free isn't fat-free, the oil's floating on the surface, it has a lot of fat.

You should eat vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower included, grated cheese over vegetables, white pepper, which is good for you, and little salt, and ideally you would eat fish, and not always have fish & chips, but mainly fish and vegetables, fish and salad in moderation.

Instead of frying food you should heat it in the air fryer, and you should bake more often, and drink soups as I do, that would be sensible eating.
