I think the prosecutor should be charged with reckless endangerment after aiming the AR15 at the jury and with his finger on the trigger.
Did you hear the prosecution supplied the defense with a inferior copy of their higher resolution video? The prosecution literally just manipulated evidence by doing so.

How about his mischaracterization of full metal jacket ammo as being armor piercing and more dangerous than hollow points? Also his statement about there being no such thing as left handed guns. Not only that when the prosecutors had the AR sent for DNA analysis the DNA expert said there was no trace anyone touched the gun. Only problem is the prosecutors did not send the barrel for analysis and theres pictures of atleast one person touching the barrel. Thats why they didnt send the barrel for analysis because they knew it had been touched. It was a snake move.
I have a feeling he'll be charged with some obscure thing. Likely related to the gun itself or crossing statelines. As far as I'm concerned, he was an idiot for going but it was self defense. Being an idiot isn't illegal and self defense is self defense.
