Please tell me how to lose weight if you love food

Keeping this a yes/no because I also want to know if this is normal. But yeah, I would do anything to lose weight, but the problem is that I am horrible about committing to something, and I also love food. I would happily cut off both of my legs just to be able to eat without gaining any weight. I lift weights quite a lot, and I know that I have very high metabolism, too. I want to be so thin, everybody is scared for me. I have tried to vomit the food I eat, but I cant seem to trigger my vomiting. I remember seeing a vid about picturing all food as dirt, and It works pretty well, but my family would kill me if they found out I stopped eating. I am almost 5'3" and my weight fluctuates between 120 and 130 lbs. My goal is 115, then 110, then 105, etc. All the way down to around 70 lbs, give or take. (i am not fully grown though) I want to be so thin that I have to make my own clothes just for them to fit me right. Anyway, yeah. please tell me ways to bypass this, and/or answer if this is normal. Thank you!

  • I think 100 to 110 would be healthy for your size. Smaller than that and you start to look like an Aids patient. I'd do apple cider vinegar if you wanna lose a few pounds

  • For your height you should be around 110.
    weight is simple.
    Dont eat more then you burn.
    An active person needs more calories then a desk clerk.

    Simple math.

  • As others have said, someone of your height who weighed 70 pound would be underweight. Not just that, though, you'd be so severely underweight you'd look like a famine victim and you'd suffer long-term health issues the longer you maintained that weight. But clearly what this is really about is stupid, juvenile attention-seeking. As far as I'm concerned, you're free to super-glue your lips together or do whatever the hell it takes to starve yourself to death, but it sounds like there are people in your life who wouldn't be so blasé about this and would try to save you from your own childish stupidity. If you have half a functioning brain and you don't commit suicide by starvation before you grow up, you will someday realise that there are other, much more positive ways of gaining the attention you crave.

    At your height, 125 pounds is at the high end of the healthy BMI range, and 105 pounds would be right in the middle of the range of healthy weights. That's a reasonable goal, and achieving it won't involve you constantly fighting your natural instinct to eat enough to allow you to grow and survive.

  • Go to bed hungry at least
    stop eating when you are no longer hungry, and have hot tea to make you feel full instead of eating more.
    Make sure to eat high protein and low calorie meals to feel satiated
    Intermittent cardio? I do not know the name but exercise, take a short break and continue
    Add chilli powder to your meals, it is satiating with spice and you eat with pain added to it

  • I'll give you a few tips, some are healthier than others. Exercise more, eat less, eat healthier foods/food with less calories. Take amphetamines (they work great for weight loss, but depending on your mental constitution they could fuck you up), throw up after you eat, take Clenbuterol to speed up your metabolism (never tried this one, think it makes you on edge), and finally, try a diet plan. Hope some of these help.

    Regarding vomiting after you eat I sort of try to gag whilst tensing my stomach and jumping up and down. It can be difficult to find a way that works for you when inducing forced vomiting. Honestly, speed's probably your best option if you've got fuck all willpower, but it really is dependent on how strong your mental constitution is, and you might not know that until you start taking it. Are you prone to paranoia/intrusive thoughts?

        • Yeah, but also simply eating less/healthier in the last 2 days has already lost me 5 pounds, thanks to my Usain Bolt metabolism. If I start working out like crazy again, will i gain muscle, or just lose fat? Before, I would work out like god himself would smite me if I stopped, but I stayed the same weight, just with a lot more muscle.

  • Eat nothing for 16 hours (including sleep) drinking broth is ok. And during those 8 hours eat as you want to to get full. Not gorging until you hate yourself full (fat people know the difference)

    Did that at the start of covid and lost 30 pounds.

    • Really, bro? That's impressive. I know the gorging feeling, but I feel like this might just work. Is water more effective for weight loss instead of broth, or is it interchangeable?

      • I used a paleo broth instead of the standard broth. Paleo broth is around 50 cals a cup for 10g of protein. Water works too, I treat the broth as a snack. But yeah picking a time and staying to it works wonders.
