People think i smell nice?

On several occasions now I’ve had people who have been in close physical proximity to me tell me that I smell nice, genuinely. Friends, family, strangers. The issue comes about with the fact that on each of these occasions I have not showered for 2-4 days before the comment is made. I wear no sort of fragrances or even deodorant on the days in between, and actually sweat more nowadays due to a medication. I don’t use strongly scented shampoo or body wash. Have you ever had an experience like this, and have you known someone who’s ‘natural scent pleasant?

    It's important to know that there are a few "types" of body odor and everyone has a certain type depending on their immune system. It's similar to a blood type or something. People with the same (or complementary, I don't know) body odor type, will always think that the other's sweat or body odor smells good or normal. So maybe some people think you stink and other people are pleasantly surprised

    I had a couple people say the same to me. Someone complimented my perfume and I was really confused since I don't wear any.
