My roommates wont clean dishes and it smells really bad im house

Landlord said I am not allowed to clesn them and that they do not need to be cleaned. Its just it smells really bad and I not sure what to do about it.

    just throw the dishes away then eat off paper plates i did that at work when people just filled the brake room sink with dishes it worked people stopped putting them in the sink

      Landlord said I am not allowed to do that. Also I forgot this thread was still up. It mostly resolved.
