I know it’s not normal but I can’t stop. I’m 32 and never had a girlfriend but I really want one. I’m extremely shy and I’ve been seeing a therapist for years but nothing changes. I have no friends and I got a in a job in a lab where I don’t need to talk to anybody. What should I do?
