He's 3 years younger.. I'm 33, he's 30. Yikes.
wait till you got a younger boss
but then again you can run things your way but let them be a lightnin rod for stupid bullshit
Oh I've had that! One of my old bosses at my old retail job years ago was 18 and they sucked at it ngl
What about it makes you feel awkward?
Are you nervous that his younger age might mean he's less experienced and therefore might not know what he's doing?
A different situation, but when I still rode horses, my last trainer/instructor was a couple of years or so younger than me. It was different at first since the majority of my trainers before that were much older than me, but she was actually very good at her job and I never doubted her once (and probably one of the best I ever rode with).
So, I would say that if you feel he does a good job and is knowledgeable, his age shouldn't make a difference, though it's understandable that it might feel weird, especially if you're like me and don't feel like a "real" adult yourself, lol.
I know what you mean yeah but also all my dentists were at least in their 40s so I don't know I just feel like yeah there's the inexperience but mostly it's weird because I feel like a kid is cleaning my teeth 😂
I understand that! It definitely feels weird when they're younger than you, no matter how old you/they get, because I feel like everyone younger than us always seems like a kid! 🤣 I'm 26 and it blows my mind that people a few years younger than me are teachers now, and that someone I remember being born is now married with a kid!
Lol exactly. Hm since you're younger, do you find 33 much older than you or would you not really notice the difference if you're talking to them?
It depends on the person for the most part, but I find that most people in that age range are pretty easy to talk to. There's not a huge difference IMO.
Ah okay good to know lol
Me urologist's a woman one year younger than I and it was strange t'first time she's checked me chopper n bollocks out n fumblin for me prostate but she'd do a mint job. I didn't mither t'situation at all.
At my age most all the doctors I see are younger than me. Not a bad thing as they are more educated in the new medicine.
If you play your cards right, sooner or later, everyone will be younger than you.
Well, you're going to have to get over it honey. That's your personal hangup, it's probably about your own personal insecurities more than anything else. I'm 52, and I don't like it, but there's nothing I can do to stop the aging process except to drop dead. I'm always meeting doctors, priests, lawyers, dentists and countless other professional people who are a good bit younger than me. I have to respect their expertise, and trust their professional opinions unless they give me good reason not to do so. I also have to not compare myself, and my failed life ambitions to other people. I'm 52 years old, but I certainly don't feel it, and there's not much I can do except to work on myself, and my character defects.
30 isnt that young anymore. Its sad to admit it but its true.
It's younger than me and he looks 20 so it's awkward.
30 isn't young anymore makes no sense though. 30 is seen as younger now than ever before considering we live longer.
Yeah its kind of young but its the age where you're finally taken serious. You have life experience then. You're in the adult club at that point and ppl listen to your opinion at that age.
You’re a moron.
My mechanic is younger than me. Yikes.
Yikes that's bad
