Massive weight loss but still have chest fat

I'm a dude, 18 years old, 5'10, and this past year I've went from 205 lbs to around 150 lbs. I've lost fat pretty much everywhere; my legs and arms are pretty lean, my face lost its double chin, and my stomach is flat. I feel great now, but there's one problem. I still have a bunch of chest fat. It's not *too* bad, but it's still extremely annoying. It's bad enough that I wouldn't want to take my shirt off at the beach. One of my main hopes for the weight loss was that I'd get rid of my chest fat, and while it went away a little, it's far from gone. I don't have that much weight left to lose and I think any more weight loss may be considered unhealthy. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do or should I see a doctor?

You probably have gynecomastia, Give it 6 months and if they don't go away look up the symptoms.

Its normal for that to happen since you are losing to much weight you have excess skin it happens. You can try surgery if you really want so talk to your doctor or try and build some muscle in that area or work out. If you have a personal trainer talk to them or talk to your doctor about options for getting rid of it but overall totally normal. Congrats on losing the weight.

Congrats for losing weight! What you have left may be excess skin. You can either lose it surgically or by building up muscle. I don't really know how well the second method works, so just google more details about it.
