Lipsync to youtube videos?

I have this weird habit/hobby?/desire to lipsync along to youtube videos. And no, not music videos. Just regular old 'person talking to a camera' videos. I never look at the video while I'm doing this. I think I should mention that I practically NEED to lipsync along to any and all music I listen to. It's incredibly uncomfortable for me to keep my mouth closed. (I also do this with podcasts)

Some videos I'll return to just to lipsync to them, like Zalinki's 'Quality Content' and Polygon/BDG's 'I read all 337 books in Skyrim so you don't have to'.

I have three theories about why I might do this:
1. I like to act out what's happening in the video and/or replace the characters with my own e.g. 'Quality Content'

2. I think the person talking is really cool and I basically want to be them e.g. 'I read all 337 books in Skyrim so you don't have to'.

3. I've always wanted to know what it's like to be a guy, so I lipsync to men talking to get as close as possible to being one. (in my head, at least)

(Please note that I'll also look up pictures of a person if I'm lipsyncing to a podcast where I can't see their face to get their image into my head)
