Keto or vegan?

So I'm currently on a vegan diet and looking for a diet to just make me happy. People say keto diet is the way to go, but doesn't eating only animal protein enhance your chances of diseases and cancer? Is a keto diet meant to give you amazing results with mental clarity or just give you health problems in the future from all that animal protein

Best to eat a balance of meat, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains. Avoid processed food, trans fats, high sugar foods, and low fiber carbs. Don't eat too little or too many carbs. Don't go Atkins or any other extremely low carb keto diets, they're too low in carbs and fiber. Don't go vegen either, too little protein

I believe sustaining from meat is better for your health. That's my.personal opinion. But it's not the same for everyone u gotta hear what your body asks.

The fact that a mostly meat/protein/fat diet and a plant based diet are both considered "great diets" in this moment in history tells you everything you need to know about the diet industry.

Eat a balanced/varied diet. Keep your portions reasonable. Moderate exercise. Love your body for what it is and not what you think it "should be".

Talk with your doctor if you have further concerns about allergies to certain foods or medical conditions that might warrant a specific food plan.

Otherwise, don't buy into the hype. Even if you lose a few pounds on one diet, it won't guarantee your happiness.
