It seems like my supervisor spreads lies about me

My co worker and someone who filled in for her vacation both can't understand that my manager gave me different job duties. I am starting to wonder of my supervisor lies to them because both the fill in and co worker believe I will not do my job and pulled a work truck out of my ass that my manager didn't give me and do there job for them or help them.
