It's not my fault i'm fat

I eat vegetables and shit. I walk every day and don't pig out on cookies at night. I'm fat for no reason so I hate when people look down on me. People don't look down on the retarded, they have sympathy for them. So why the fuck is it different for being fat.

        1. All the calories could be soda/fruit juice. Less poop.

        2. I have overweight acquaintances who complain of pooping less than once a week. I think constipation in the obese and overweight is more common than your source is suggesting.

        3. Not all obese people are overweight. The term isn't interchangable with "fat".

        Many are "skinnyfat" and are technically in the right weight range for their height and size, but still have an insanely high percentage of body fat.

            The medical definition of obesity is having too high of a bodyfat percentage. Skinnyfat people have very little muscle, which raises the bf% to obesity levels.

    Vegetables and fruit still have calories and you can overeat them. Some people also require more exercise than others. It isn't fair, but life isn't fair. You may just need three times the physical activity as others do.

    Also stop eating shit. You'll get sick.

    Of your really worried about being fat then lose the weight. Excercise , excercise , excercise! Walking is ok. Try running a mile or two. Burn the calories. Obviously there is something you are not doing correct.
    I lost 50 pound in 3 months just getting on the treadmill walking and burning 700 caleries a day and lifting weights daily. Also I changed what I ate. I cut out all sugar, milk, and cheese and went to soy, and veggie meats. Just focus! You can do it!

    Although I do see where you're coming from, it is your fault that you're fat. Yes, some of it can come from your genes but you can also eat too many veggies, resulting in extra calories.

    Clearly, if you've gained weight, you have consumed more calories than you needed to maintain your previous weight. Nobody gains weight by absorbing calories from the air or sunlight. You may believe you're not eating more than you need to survive, but you are.

    Unless you're comatose with a feeding tube up your nose, you decide what you eat and how much. So if you gain or lose weight, that is because of choices you make.

    The reason we're all here is because evolutionary pressures selected for our ancestors who were best able to convert any available food into fat to tide them over lean times. We live in a time of perpetual plenty, and the fact that our bodies are annoyingly efficient at building up fat reserves is now a problem.

    As a hypothetical example, say you know precisely how many calories you need to meet your energy needs every day and you eat only that many calories, but you also treat yourself to just six Chicken McNuggets every day. After a year, you will have consumed around 90,000 calories in excess of what you needed to maintain your starting weight, and you will have gained about twenty pounds in body weight.

    Eating fruit and vegetables is good for us in various ways, but having a carrot after chugging back ten litres of carbonated sugar syrup is not going to do you much good.

    Exercise is good for us for various reasons, but it's damn hard to lose weight only by exercise.

    A lot of obesity sufferers think they do not eat much.
    If they sit around and don't do much, eating junk food etc, calories add up, they do not divide.

    That is to say that eating carrots is not going to offset the effect of eating a big mac. Great that vegetables are in a diet but as i said, calories add up, they do not divide out.

      Carrots are actually really high in sugar. They will make you fat very quickly if that's all you eat. They'll also turn your skin orange.

      OP look on the bright side. If you become a marathon runner, you can look forward to eating 3-4000 calories a day and stay thin and tight.

      It is very good for you but yes, if one is trying to lose weight then walking on it's own isn't going to cut it. You should just walk anyway as part of your daily life.

      You need to be lifting weights and doing high intensity cardio to really see results.

    How long have you been fat? If you're just starting to eat healthy you can expect it to take a while for your body to begin to reflect your new and improved diet. I can tell you this, though. People will find something about you, regardless of how you look, to attack. As others have mentioned also, be aware of any possible medical conditions that might cause you to gain excess weight.

    Have you been to the doctors to see if you have any medical problems contributing to your weight issues? Like thyroid problems, diabetes etc? Also walking is good for you but it’s not a good way to tone up, try some HIIT excercises. Go down to your local park or football field and try walking for 30 seconds, then running for 30 seconds then jogging etc. And repeat. Hope you feel better about yourself soon x

    I'm fat too bro. Be honest dude, don't buy into the bullshit that it's not your fault. So long as you have free will, and control what you eat, It's 100% physically impossible for this to not be your fault. The fat is effectively stored energy, you're just expending less energy than you're taking in. I.e you're taking in an unhealthy amount of calories compared to how many you should.

    If it's not your fault then you're a walking contradiction to laws of physics and chemistry.
