Is this right to annoy me

I go to a gas station everyday on my way to work. I usually get 2 biscuits and sometimes a coffee. It annoys me how when I decide against getting a coffee the cashier says "no coffee????". He's starting to do this every time I dont buy the usual. Its kind of annoying because obviously I dont want a coffee today if I'm not buying one. We never even talk unless I dont buy the usual thing. It seems like he's attempting to pull some jedi mind trick and make me go get coffee.

    It's normal.
Cashier interact with thousands of people in a day. We always find something significant with people and we tend to address them by it. For him your are the coffee guy. He also might have a hat guy, a beard guy, short jeans guy, fat ass girl, tattooed guy, hooters girl. When that significant is changed he notice it. Simple as that.

It’s normal for him to make a reference to y’all’s interaction.. next time you should hide the coffee behind your back and then just walk out with it… 😂

If you're a regular, the cashier is just trying to make small talk. It keeps them less bored.

    • I guess but if he wants small talk its annoying to me its always about what I didnt buy. Then today they sold out of biscuits and his wife came to me ive never even talked to her and said "you need try burrito here ingredients see?" I said ok ill try it one day. Then she said "ok I put for you" and she gave it to the cashier. I assumed it was free because I didnt ask for it I thought they were being nice. Then all of a sudden they ring it up and its like 4 dollars. I just shook my head and bought it

That would annoy me more than the no coffee comments. Personally I wouldn't mind the no coffee, but I always go to the same places, and know the workers quite well.
