Is this a good amount of exercise?

I'm an 18 year old girl and everyday I do:
100 push ups (not all in one go, I can only do about 40 in one go)
100 sit ups (in two groups of 50)
20 pull ups (in 2 groups of 10)
Lifting a 15lb weight above my head 100 times with each arm
I also go for a 5km run once a week

Is this a good amount of exercise or do I need to do more?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

            100 sit ups
            100 squats
& running 10 km's every day for 3 years straight.

Hilarious clips. Animé is weird on so many levels.

I didn't watch to the end, but it seemed like most of the ridiculous monsters were trying to fuck over humanity because we're destroying the environment, and then One Punch Man took them out. That makes him some sort of anti-hero, doesn't it? I mean, his mighty punch allows us to keep on screwing up the world, right?

I'm no expert on fitness, but it sounds like you are doing quite well. What are you trying to do? Do you only run once a week, or do you run at other times? I think you ought to get some cardio in daily, or at least three times a week.

What are your goals? If your at a healthy weight and don't like working out, zero exercise could be considered enough. But if you compete or plan to compete in a sport or athletic event, or just want to look ad good as you can naked, you could do a lot better. Particularly by going to the gym and doing basic barbell movements.
