Is there a way for me transplant hair at home free of charge?

I've been free of trichotillomania for as long i remember for it to relapse near the end of 2022, and my eyebrows were fully grown and i'm really ashamed to send selfies as requested without photoshop editing as accurate possible, and the shame of actually wanting to meet a person and missing that opportunity because of extreme fear, and i wonder if i could use household tools to poke hair diameter scaled holes in my missing eyebrow patches and insert hair linings from my chest hair or pubic hair (or from anywhere not visible or largely paid attention) in case of being witty a bit. I mean there i would get glances from people to why i have those red wounds and bleeding happening but at least it is easier to explain than to brag about my psychosomatic pathetic excuse that i could of have controlled my urges and impulses. Torque brushing off the hair and having recently come back from a transplant procedure covered by insurance is way easier to explain.
