Is the bible the law of the land?

Do some people become arrogant hypocrites, how does it happen, even if it's law?

No it is not the law of the land. Nor should it be.

Few people who claim to be Christians follow much of the bible anyway. They tend to selectively choose parts here or there... and often follow things that the Church teaches them that actually are not in the Bible in the sense that the Church explains it.. or at all.

There’s a lot of good with the Bible and there are many laws I appreciate. But I wouldn’t want any religion being the law of the land. Things would get too dogmatic for my liking.

Things tend to be either black or white with religion, and I don’t believe that’s always the case, an example is abortion.

I dont want the bible to be the law of the land but I wish more people agreed with its morals. I am quitr degenerate myself but I realize that its good that society deems my degenerate behaviors degenerate. Most degenerates nowadays want to celebrate their degeneracy like its liberating for them. And since that started a large portion of society is celebrating degeneracy and calling those that dont a bigot and thats a problem.
