Is my sister cheating on her husband with her best friend?

My sister is 25 and is married to a great guy whose the top of his class and is on his way to a phd in some kind of aerospace engineering the dude works out doesn't do drugs and isn't violent I think my sister did exceptionally well in choosing to be with this guy but he does have kinda a CUCK mentality cuz my sister works to support them while he just focuses on school, very nice of her although she calls the shots! She's the master he's the slave. One day her best friend got thrown out of the house that she was living in with her husband and my sister told her best friend she could move in with her! From what I heard, the husband voiced his opinion on having to compete for her attention and she replied, "tough shit my friend stays". so he is a harmless cuck.
So I went on Facebook to find a pic of this best friend of hers to see who she was, and low and behold the first thing I see on my sisters Facebook wall is a heart carved into a tree with her and her best friends initials and my sister mentioned something about my best friend forever my soul mate. Then the other day my sister posted a pic where she was outside a store and wrote in beach sand the same heart with both their initials. What I also observed is the dialogue between her and her friend are more serious and rich in subject when compared to the dialogue of that and her husband which is so distant now it seems all he does is share memes of pets doing dumb shit. Do you think she's more than just friends with this girl? Would you and a friend carve both your initials into a heart on a tree or in the sand or whatever and consider it normal. Please vote!

    It indeed does sound like the husband is cuck and those two girls make out. If it was me I'd personally put it very blatantly and simply being in his place - either the love thing between those two girls stop or I join in. If the wife refuses the idea of husband joining in then this means she loves her female lover more then the husband.
    Well, at least his wife, your sister, can't get impregnated by her lesbian lover so that's good at least. Raising someone else's child is a major stupidity and tragedy.

    Sorry it was kinda long I will usually skip long ass stories but this one is worth reading if you want to give an opinion. Trolls are welcome too I love hateful content but also legit feelings and opinions I think she's cheating on him in his own house and he's such a cuck, he doesn't know how to play it right and dominate both these girls instead he is just one of,the girls they probably cheat while he's at school taking tests and being a cuck. And they'll prolly never let him join in cuz he's a cuck!

    This is a normal thing that girls do. We have much different relationships than guys do and even if they are sleeping together I wouldn't call it cheating.

    I will always have sex with my girlfriends. It's just something we do and it doesn't mean we're in love with each other.

    Seems like the girl has a deeper friendship with her friend. It's nice she loves her guy and supports him. I'm sure she loves him in her own way and once he works (finishes school) they will be more balanced out even if he is odd... I'm sure if they all respect each other things will be fine

    I can't tell this would be unusual behaviour between two guy friends but between girls this could just be seen as a deep friendship.
