Is it possible to be living with a ghost of yourself?

No one else ever lived in the place I'm staying. It was newly constructed when I moved in more than a decade ago. The last few months I started feeling a presence, and hearing noises in the other rooms. I'm wondering if ghosts can time travel, like could the ghost of my future dead self already be here? The presence feels like me 20 years ago. It seemed to start when I was rummaging through my old stuff. I've been depressed and had a premonition that I won't be living much longer.
