When I use my phone in bed I normally watch YouTube then go to bed at 3am or 4am is this normal or should I change this habit.
And what time do you get up?
I bet if it's any time before ten, you end up going through the day feeling like shit and probably wondering why. Also, long-term sleep deprivation has been proven to have all sorts of negative effects on people.
Beds should be for sleeping, and you need to figure out that the world is not going to end if you miss the latest viral idiocy on YouTube or whatever social media platforms you happen to be addicted to.
Is there any possibility of getting rid of this addiction
Use phone in bed = normal
Until 3am = not normal and horrible for your body.
Yeah I'm trying my best to get rid of that habit
