I've been talking over the phone with two of my friends and everytime we say we should do lunch, we never do. But we text and talk over the phone from time to time. (not everyday)Is this normal?

    Do you follow it up? Like mention to the other person you were to hang out. Maybe be specific. Sometimes you've gotta take the lead.

      Honestly, no I don't follow up. I should if I want to get out and spend time with my friend.
