Is it normal to prefer "clothed" sex over "nude" sex?

Having sex completely naked is considered "normal", as far as I know. However, I think that leaving on at least one article of clothing makes the person more attractive, and I don't feel as if many people agree with me.

My mom and I are very close, and we recently casually discussed our sexual preferences. I mentioned that I preferred neither partners to be entirely naked, still leaving on some small article of clothing at least. She agreed, saying that if a person is totally unclothed, not only is it unattractive but it also diminishes the still-flirty feeling of the sex. My mom even joked that a naked person looks a lot like a "hairless mole", and I have to say she's right.
Of course, I do get turned on by fully naked people (I am pansexual), but - for me - still being in an open shirt or in boots or in a cap is far less uncomfortable and much more erotic.
I began to feel weird about my preference once I noticed I hardly see any porn in which the performers don't undress to become completely naked. Sometimes I catch myself going, "Damn, at least leave the socks on!"
I do not think it is a fetish, because I am not turned on by the fact that they are half-clothed; I am turned on by the fact that they are almost-naked-but-not-entirely.

Is it normal?
