Is it normal to overthink yourself into becoming sad and depressed?
lately I overthink and confuse myself to the point where my mind is a mess. This then leads to me being sad and depressed (also feeling hopeless). It wheres off later but its happening frequently more and more,
so I wanna know if this is a thing or not? or ifs there some way to stop doing this?
