Is it normal to not like kids?

I don't dislike kids or babies, but I will agree with you about those mothers who are up their kids asses, constantly talking about how wonderful they are all the time, blah, blah, blah. It gets annoying after a while. I mean, sure, all parents should love their children, but don't talk about them nonstop as if they're the best thing since sliced bread, and better then any other child. And then theres the other extreme of a parent. The one that never even takes care of the kid. Its terrible. If you ever come across a kid who has an attitude problem, acting bratty running down the aisles at the grocery store..., acting up in the classroom, or on the playground, most of the time its a reflection of the parents parenting.

I can't comprehend how anyone COULD like kids.

I want a kid someday, but I'll probably be one of those parents who only likes my own kid (and maybe some close friends's), and doesn't like any other kids. And I hope my kid is like me when I was little. Shy, quiet, liked to be by myself, I thought other children my age were stupid. I do agree, though, that babies are disgusting

I don't like kids either and can't stand dumb babies or children that talk stupid on purpose just because they are manipulating everyone with how "cute wittle cwissy tawlks.

I am the same way. I never want to have kids of my own. Anyone under the age of 10 just gets on my nerves. I don't think babies are cute either. When I look at a kid I just see a snot nosed, bratty little problem. I don't like my nieces and nephews either.

Little kids infuriate me, despite it being in their nature too be naive etc, but I just can't accept that so generally I stay away. I don't think babies are cute either, The other day I had to hold one and it was not a very pleasant experience, as she gurled and figideted everywhere. Again, I know its their nature so I can't really complain, but it was irriating and cute certainly wasn't on my mind.
