    Criminals include people who have made minor offenses like smoking in public(not allowed here) etc...

    Most criminal are stuck in poverty. end up in prison for carrying minor drugs like weed. Once released can't get a job. And end up going back to prison

    the cycle is ridiculous. They just rot in a cell, meanwhile excutives at banks con billions of people and walk away free of charge.

    What about George bush. starting a war?
