Is it normal to hear the statues in church whispering about your sins?

The last time I went to mass, I heard the statues whispering that I was unworthy. I am not trolling. I'm worried I may have a psychological imbalance, but I can't afford therapy. What should I do?

Whisper back that I am indeed worthy, that I've got what it takes to succeed... and also say "Evil Begone" to drive the evil spirits and thoughts away and invite in all those who will bless you and your future success.

Say, "In the name of Jesus I rebuke Satan"!

Do you know the prayer of St Michael the Archangel?

I also think you need to look for someplace where you can get psychiatric care. I hope you can get the help you need, dear heart!

I think anxiety can manifest in hallucinations, coming from experience. It doesn't make you a bad or weird person, but it may help to ground yourself by envisioning the outline of your body, your feet touching the ground, the rhythm of breathing. You can try to laugh it off too. If you've experienced bullying or abuse hallucinations can give you self doubt, anxiety or paranoia. Do any of these apply to you?

I'm afraid so. I will try those techniques you mentioned, thank you for the advice.
