Is it normal to have recurrening thoughts of therelike?
I was wondering if it's normal that without any real reason (Corona has nothing to do with it) thoughts come into your head and take over the day. Such as whether the bread is mouldy, the water tastes rotten, whether you are healthy or have something that you don't know anything about, whether the bread is mouldy, whether the highlighters have dried up, whether you really heard the neighbour or the elevator or something fall down, whether a pipe is broken, and so on ...
And all of this just all of a sudden, without warning and all the time. Really, that you can't get rid of the thought or the thoughts, no matter what you do.
Is that normal?
