Is it normal to have nightmares about girls?

I've been getting nightmares about girls, mostly ones where I'm outside and I see an army of girls laughing saying " No one's going to date you, you're just a loser " and I can hear a voice saying " Who's going to date some fat incel? " or " I'm not gonna be friends who is a weirdo " and all these girls and voices coming towards me.

It's like I'm scared of dating, let alone being scared to making friends with one ( since majority of my friends are male and I've never been friends with a girl. )

What if all these girls tell me this in real life? Please help as I'm at this point scared to go near one because of this nightmare.

Try taking control in your dream and react on it or ask questions. It might give some insight.

Seems like a pretty obvious dream to interpret there.

More interesting note, turns out I am quite the menace in the astral realm.

Often times, people will have dreams related to their fears. When I was younger, for example, I would often have dreams that were cut short by me falling from great heights (because I was afraid of heights).

Go get a a gym membership, and start learning about exercise, proper nutrition! Start taking responsibility for yourself.

Do you have a tablet? I've found that streaming TV while on a cardio machine helps manage stress in addition to the physical health benefits. And who knows, maybe you'll even find a girl at the gym who's in the same boat and looking to make friends

Dang, that sucks. That's just what works for me, though. Podcasts and music are also really good to keep your mind and body busy while at the gym if you think those would help
